Hotel was very clean and the staff was nice and helpful during my stay.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Especially when I lost my room key in my car. The lobby, the pool, the outside terrace and the room were all gorgeous and clean and comfortable. The pool and the jacuzzi were great and it was a great way to unwind after a day of shopping and going to attractions. The breakfast buffet in the morning was very good as well. The location was accessible to a lot of good shopping & a lot of different places to eat and only ab 20mins from the beach & Pier Park! The only thing I didn't like was that I had to leave on the day I checked out. It was so nice and clean and comfortable, I didn't even want to leave 🤣🤣🤣 it really felt like a vacation, which I don't get often!

This is my second year returning here, and once again outstanding job. The staff did a phenomenal job keeping the hotel clean. Breakfast was phenomenal. Housekeeping mad sure we didn’t run out of towels. The lady who checked me in on Friday and Mr. Bev was so friendly, they even connected with my son making him feel welcome. The location is perfect. I liked the speed of checking in. As soon as I walked in the door, the lady checked me in with a nice warm smile and conversation. The location was in a good spot, not too far from things. Our room was clean and comfortable. The housekeeping staff does a great job. The breakfast was good. Also, the workers kept things fully stocked and wiped down. The whole staff at this location was awesome. I highly recommend it, and when we come back, this will be my choice to stay.
